Von der Vielfalt des Lebens, von seiner Buntheit und Unvorhersehbarkeit lasse ich mich auch in meinen Arbeiten beeinflussen: Kreative Freiheit darf sich entfalten. Aus der Kombination von handgezeichneten Linien und zarten Outlines, von floralen Elementen und mit allen Sinnen gesammelten Eindrücken ergibt sich – mit viel Liebe zum Detail – eine frische Ästhetik. Und vielleicht eine neue Perspektive?
Strich für Strich entstehen so meine Designs. Ob Packaging oder Surface Design oder die achtsamen Fine Art Prints meines Shops und psychoedukative Illustrationen : Sie alle zeichnen sich aus durch den aufmerksamen, gefühl- wie auch phantasievollen Stil meiner Illustrationen.
The fact that life is much more like a pattern of dots, lines, colors and shapes than a constant is also reflected in my professional development. I have been interested in design and aesthetics since my youth, but it was only after working in fashion design and advertising photography that I ended up in illustration. Different sections that come together to form a fitting pattern when viewed as a whole.
I also let the diversity of life, its colorfulness and unpredictability influence my work: Creative freedom is allowed to unfold. The combination of hand-drawn lines and delicate outlines, of floral elements and impressions gathered with all my senses – with a love for details – results in a fresh aesthetic. And perhaps a new perspective?
My designs are created line by line. Whether packaging or surface design or the mindful fine art prints in my store and my psychological illustrations: they are all characterized by the thoughtful, sensitive and imaginative style of my illustrations.
